Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Located inside the main terminal in front of the baggage claim. CARS: Located in parking area, approx 50 ft from the terminal. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the key drop box at the Budget counter inside the terminal. After hour returns are only allowed between the hours of 5AM-7AM. The terminal is only opened between the hours of 5AM-11PM.
