This airport has been undergoing a major renovation which prevents our Hertz shuttle busses from coming to pick you up at Terminals B, C and D. In case you aren’t familiar with this airport, we wanted to reach out and provide you with some information that may be useful in navigating your way to our facility. If your flight is arriving at Terminal A: Proceed outside to the right, the Hertz shuttle bus will take you to the facility from there. If your flight is arriving at Terminal B or C: Proceed outside from baggage claim to catch the Port Authority shuttle bus which will take you to Terminal A. If your flight is arriving at Terminal D: Proceed outside from baggage claim and head right toward Terminal C. From there you can follow instructions listed above. Things to keep in mind: Most signage in the terminals do not mention Rental car. When you get off your flight you will want to follow signs for Shuttles and busses, or Ground transportation as depicted below. If this type of signage does not become evident right away head towards Baggage claim. Please make sure to read the pillars and signage outside of baggage claim. There are different waiting points for taxi/ car service, shuttles, and MTA. When waiting for your shuttle bus, please make sure to read the message displayed on the front of the bus. You want to make sure you get on one that goes to ALL TERMINALS. If you're not sure you can ask the driver or one of the Port Authority attendants outside.

If you arrive at terminal B, C or D you will take the Port Authority PURPLE Bus. This bus will drop you off at an airport parking lot on the corner of 94th Street and 23rd Avenue. Alamo will provide a shuttle bus to our location. Should you arrive at Terminal A you can take an Alamo bus from the consolidated shuttle bus pick up area in front of the terminal. Self service kiosks available, no need to line up and wait at rental desk.

Valued customer, starting Tuesday 11/15/2016 due to the extensive renovations being made to the airport, rental car shuttles will no longer be able to pick up customers at the terminals. If you arrive at either terminal D or C you will take the Port Authority RED Route Bus. If you arrive at terminal B you will take the Port Authority BLUE Route bus. Both busses will take car rental customers to a centralized pick up area at Terminal A where the Enterprise shuttle bus will take you to the rental facility. Upon return of your car, Enterprise will take you back to the consolidated drop off area at Terminal A and you will ride the appropriate Port Authority bus back to your terminal.

National will provide a shuttle bus to our location. Should you arrive at Terminal A you can take an National bus from the consolidated shuttle bus pick up area in front of the terminal.

IMPORTANT - LaGuardia Airport (LGA) is currently under major construction. Please advise all customers to expect delays getting to our facility and back. Due to construction at the time of vehicle return all customers should allow for 2 hours or less before flight for return back to the airport. Note - Port Authority will have signage throughout LGA to help customers. COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS - Exit terminal & proceed to Rental Car Bus Stop area. Please note in terminal B, this is on the upper level. Starting on the 15th of November, LGA will be moving to a consolidated bussing plan. All customers from any terminal except the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A) will get on a Port Authority Bus labeled "Red/Blue Route" which will then take them to a common bus stop at the Marine Air Terminal (Terminal A). The customer will then have to walk through the Marine Air Terminal Lobby and proceed to cross the street to the rental car common Bus waiting area. Avis customers will proceed to the Avis shuttle bus; which will then take customers directly to Car Rental Facility. Upon arrival all customers will proceed to the Avis counter. WALK-UP RENTERS/LOCAL RENTERS - Follow airport signs for Rental Car Return. They will lead to the Avis Vehicle rental lot. Proceed inside to the counter VEHICLES: Located approx 1 mile from the airport at the Car Rental Facility.

At the upper-level shuttle area, you should take the Port Authority bus service.
