1. After collecting your luggage, please phone our office toll free on 1800 2739 2277 (or +617 5457 0102) and advise you are ready for an Apex shuttle pick-up. 2. Exit through the main doors of the terminal. 3. Turn to your left and walk to the end of the terminal building. 4. The Apex shuttle will collect you from the Coach and Limo parking area, bays 4, 5 or 6. 5. Please Note: Unfortunately we are unable to offer an after-hours service at Sunshine Coast Airport. If your flight is delayed or lands after 4pm you will need to pick up your car the next day.

Instructions for Sunshine Coast Shuttle Bus Service: 1. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call 07 5370 2050, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up. 2. Once outside terminal, turn left and walk towards the Bus & Coach area. 3. Once in the Coach area, look for the Purple Bus which will be parked in Bay 5 or 6. 4. Our Shuttle Bus can take up to 9 people at once. 5. If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours. After- Hours Pick-up: Due to no staff being present at the store outside of business hours, self-service car pick-up is required. 1.
