Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS Follow signs to the baggage claim area. Exit outside and cross the street to the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. The Budget rental counter is located on the first level of the parking garage. WALK-UP RENTERS Follow airport signs stating "Arrivals" and "Rental Car Return." The "Rental Car Return" signs will lead you directly to the rental counter. The Consolidated Rental Car Facility is located on the 1st floor of the Parking Garage. VEHICLES: On-site. Located outside the Consolidated Rental Car Facility. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. The rental counter is open 5 AM to 1 AM, but the return area is only staffed from 4 AM to 11 PM. When the return area is unattended, please pull forward to park the car, note the date and time on the rental agreement and leave it with the keys in the cupholder. If no receipt is required, proceed to the elevators or stairs for return to the terminal. If a receipt is required, please visit Budget.com and use the e-receipt option. Remember to take all your personal belongings with you.

Once at the new Rental Center, proceed to the National Car Rental counter inside the Rental Car Center to obtain your rental agreement. Executive and Emerald Club members may proceed around the escalators and go directly to the Emerald Aisle to select a vehicle.
