Collection procedure: Please collect from our office at Unit 1 Rawreth Industrial Estate, Rawreth Lane, Rayleigh SS6 9RL. We are the first building on the right-hand side after the left bend in the road behind Makro. We offer a free pickup service from Rayleigh and Pitsea Train Stations between 9am and 3pm - please call one hour ahead of pickup with your arrival time and have your reservation details to hand. Collection: Our Drivalia office door is clearly marked, on the front left side of the location. Drop Off: Use the Drivalia office front bays to park your return rental, please ensure you do not block access across the roadway into the units behind ours. Out of Hours: If barriers are closed, vehicles must be parked further along the road on the LEFT side only after the yellow lines have finished. Keys should be dropped either through the letterbox or in the dedicated drop box. Any member of staff will be able to guide customers.

21/22-year old’s – No overseas travel permitted in the vehicle. If you go without informing us, it will be a breach of contract and will incur a £2000 penalty fee.

The customer can take the vehicle overseas, there are some additional charges that would apply. Firstly there is a one off overseas charge of £125 along with a £20 a day green card insurance charge. There is a mileage limit of 100 miles a day, if this is exceeded, there's a charge of 50 pence per mile. The customer would also need to arrange their own European breakdown cover as we can only provide it in the UK.
