All renters go to baggage claim. COUNTER: AIRLINE PASSENGERS: When you arrive, claim your luggage in the baggage claim area on the lower level of terminal. Proceed across the street to our counter which is located on the 1st floor of the Ground Transportation Center. WALK-UP RENTERS: FROM I-90: follow signs to Buffalo Niagara Intl APO. Upon entering the Apo, follow the signs for Ground Transportation Center. Counter is located inside on the 1st floor. VEHICLES: Rental vehicles are parked one level down from the counter. Vehicles can be accessed by elevators or by walking 75 feet to the steps. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.

Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.
