Terminal 4 As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit doors next to Travelex Currency Exchange, walk across into the short stay car park on level 1 and follow signs to mini cab/private hire pick-up area. Terminal 5 As you exit arrivals, head towards the exit doors next to Caffé Nero, then use the lifts to arrive at the short stay car park level 2. The pick-up point is directly opposite the lifts at Row S.
