Our Edinburgh City Drivalia pick-up and drop-off location is situated at Q-Park OMNI, Greenside Row, Edinburgh EH1 3AN and is located close to the nearby train station and local bus routes in Edinburgh city centre. Directions via Train: The nearest railway station is Edinburgh Waverley which is a 7-minute drive from our Edinburgh branch. Upon arrival to the Omni, Q-Park, Greenside Row, Edinburgh EH1 3AN: The car park is situated at the rear of the shopping mall building. The Drivalia office and vehicles are on level minus 4 in the Car Park. Upon entering the car park from inside the shopping mall please use the lift or stairs to head down to level minus 4. Using the lift please exit, and walk straight ahead of you, you will see the Drivalia sign and the office will be on your right hand side. Should you enter from the street, you will see the main shopping mall on your right, follow the road down to the car park vehicle entrance, enter the car park passing the barriers and you will need to walk down to level minus 4 to reach the Drivalia office. Our contactless key box is on the side of the main office on the wall. This is to be used only in case of out of hours collection. Please check your final confirmation email received for further instructions or call our office number. Dropping off your car: On return, please park sensibly ensuring you are not in any other company reserved or disabled bay. Please drive down to level minus 4 and park in a Drivalia bay. Should vehicles be parked/returned in a bay that is not an open/unreserved and/or Drivalia, parking penalty charges will apply and will be charged back to the liable renter. Once parked, please ensure you have and take all belongings with you and return the key in the drop box located below our contactless key box, if out of hours and our office is closed.
