Please ensure you have the following documents ready for pickup: 1. Your original Driver's License or International Driving Permit. 2. Original Driver's License or International Driver's License translation, if you do not have an Australian Driver's License. 3. Your original Passport. 4. Your original VISA/MASTER international credit card. If you need to pick up or drop off your car outside of business hours, please contact the store 24 hours in advance. An additional fee of AUD 100 will be charged, please be aware of this in advance. Upon arriving at the airport: 1. Please contact us immediately after your flight lands at +61411816810. 2. After collecting your checked baggage, proceed to the public pick-up area underneath the Royalpark Hotel. The shuttle bus pick-up point is located in front of Hertz Car Rental (Ring&Ride is 2C). 3. Wait at this location for 10-15 minutes. Our shuttle bus will then transport you to our shop.
