Jucy highly recommend to finish the online check-in process before pick-up, which can save the time for the rest of journey. AIRPORT PICK UP • After you have arrived at Melbourne Airport, cleared customs and collected your luggage, phone us on 1800 150 850 andse1ect #1 and then #1 to request our free shuttle service. • Our JUCY shuttle bus will meet you at the ‘HOTELS & OFF AIRPORT BUSES’ collection point. To get there, cross either of the pedestrian crossings outside the main doors of terminals 1 or 3 and follow the signs. Our airport shuttle is available during our business hours, and the last pick-up for our car hire customers is 5.30pm on weekdays and 1.30pm on weekends.

In terms of travelling there, most of the roads are sealed however there are areas where the roads are unsealed and we have some rules you need to be aware of if you do take your JUCY wheels there. If you take your vehicle on any off-road activities or conditions, including on any unsealed road (being a road not sealed with a hard material such as tar, bitumen or concrete) then our excess reduction cover does not provide cover should anything happen. Off-road conditions include: fire trails, beaches, sand, tracks, fields or paddocks. The only exception to this is reasonable use of access roads to recognized commercial campgrounds. To find out more, refer to the terms and conditions. If there is any damage incurred to the vehicle on the ferry, our excess reduction cover stands void.
