After collecting their luggage, customers have to go outside through the Departures exit door and leave the building. Our shuttle bus (with Goldcar signs) will be waiting for customers in front of the Departures door. If the shuttle bus is not there, they can call directly the office at the number: (+39) 064 520 96 34, send an SMS at the same number (+39) 064 520 96 34 or send an email to the office mail address bds@goldcar.com and the shuttle will pick them up shortly. This bus will take them directly to our off airport office located very close to the airport. Clients must also return their cars to the rental office, prior to being taken back to the airport.
