Upon arrival at Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ), please proceed through disembarkation, luggage collection, and customs before heading to the public Arrivals Hall. Your Flexways agent will be waiting immediately past the customs exit, holding a sign displaying the Flexways logo and/or your name. Once you locate the agent, present your passport and valid driver's license to confirm your identity and finalize the rental agreement signature. Please note: If you do not possess the temporary driving permit for Tanzania, a fee of 15 EUR will be charged for its issuance. The agent will then escort you to the parked vehicle, where you will conduct a joint walk-around inspection to document any pre-existing damage before the handover of the keys and all necessary documentation.
