You must do so strictly during our office hours, which also applies to coordinating after-hours deliveries (after 6:00 PM): Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (18:00) local time Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays: 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (13:30) local time For the Third Party Liability (TPL) + Free Km product, customers are required to provide a security deposit to cover potential damages, insurance deductibles, and other charges. This deposit is processed as a temporary hold on a valid credit card in the primary driver's name. The required security deposit amounts are as follows: Economy Vehicles: $2,500 USD Mid-size Vehicles: $2,500 USD SUVs: $3,000 USD
