Expected wait time for vehicle pickup: During busy periods, please allow up to 45 minutes; vehicles will be delivered in the order of arrival. 3. Airport shuttle service: Must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and provide flight information. After arrival, please contact our staff and wait at Door #16. Our staff will greet you there and escort you to the store for rental procedures. If arriving outside of business hours, you may complete the process directly in the parking lot and conduct a vehicle inspection. 4. Airport shuttle must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. Pickup Time and Fees: 1. Monday–Friday 09:00–16:59 → Free airport shuttle (must be booked at least 24 hours in advance). 2. Outside of business hours → +$100 (to be paid upon pickup). 5. Rental Agreement: A Vehicle Rental Agreement must be signed upon pickup, which can also be completed electronically in advance. 6. Deposit Terms: At the start of the rental period, the renter must pre-authorize and pay a $1000 deposit on their credit card. (If the renter cannot provide a valid credit card and two forms of government-issued identification at pickup, a $2000 deposit is required instead of the standard $1000 deposit.) This deposit will be refunded to the original payment credit card within 3–14 business days after vehicle return, provided that: The vehicle is returned in accordance with this agreement; and no violations of policies or regulations have occurred (see Section 1a for details). Refunds will only be returned to the original credit card used for the deposit payment. By signing this agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms. 7. Vehicle Condition Record: Please take a video of the rental vehicle for your records. We will also document the condition of the vehicle through photos and/or videos. 8.
