At arrival at the terminal please follow signs for the Car Rental Courtesy Bus. For directions and additional information please refer to the Airport Shuttle Information in the terminal building. Then take the yellow Hertz Car Rental Courtesy Bus to the Hertz rental location. On arrival please use the dedicated Firefly Kiosk to collect your car. Please note that there might be a local fee (Dart charge) if you are travelling through the Darford Tunnel or over The QE2 Bridge.

In addition to your licence, either a valid and up to date DVLA licence check code or a printed DVLA endorsement record must be provided for all Approved Drivers. These can be obtained from the DVLA website (www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence).
