Driver's licenses printed in a non-Roman alphabet (such as Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc.) must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit.

Proof of Address - Utility Bill or Bank Statement issued within the past 3 months - must match address on the license. Voucher (paper or digital verson).
