Our Hertz staff will reach out to you at least 24 hours prior to your booking date to confirm your arrival details. Upon your arrival at the airport/seaport, our staff will be waiting for you at the arrival bay and will shuttle you to our Bacolod Downtown Office, which is 25-30 minutes away, for car turnover. If you do not see our staff, please contact us immediately at 0998-951-7283. There is an additional fee of 200 PHP for seaport pick-up, payable at the counter.
