Upon arrival at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, please follow these instructions: Exit the baggage claim area and take the Airport Car Rental Shuttle to the Car Rental Center. Do not enter the Car Rental Center. Once you exit the shuttle, turn right and proceed to the Visitor Parking Elevator. Take the elevator down to the P Floor.
