Service is provided by Europcar. Europcar has two desks located inside the Domestic Terminal (Qantas & Virgin Arrivals). Both desks are located opposite luggage carousels with other rental companies. If these desks are unattended, our main booth is located in the first parking lot. To access this office, guests must cross the skybridge and use the elevator located at the far end to travel down to level 1. Europcar is located last along the row to the left. Our desk at the International Terminal is located on level 2 (arrivals).Follow signs to Domestic Airport, then follow “Rental Cars” lane markings.

For international returns, follow signs to international terminal, then follow “rental cars” lane markings. Guests must use the first entry lane to enter Europcar’s parking lot and park their vehicle in the section marked “returns”. Europcar is the final company in the section. Guests must park the vehicle and return keys to level 2 “Arrivals” to staff or into the dropbox located to the right-hand side of the desk.

An unsealed road refers to a constructed or formed road that is not sealed with a hard material, such as tar, bitumen or concrete. Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads.Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line unless Snow Cover has been purchased.Excluded from the protection is driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Vehicles are permitted to travel to the below islands only: Kangaroo Island Stradbroke Island Bribie Island Phillip Island Bruny Island
