The KLIA 1 location is situated at counter 18 (ASIA CAR) within the airport terminal. After collecting your luggage, turn right in front of Gate 5 in the T1 terminal arrival hall and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs to parking areas Block C and Block D, then turn right to cross the parking lot until you reach the end wall. You will find an elevator leading down to Level G in Block D. Once you go down, you will see the car rental counters located in this area. Please note: Confirm that your pick-up location is KLIA 1 and not KLIA 2, as there is a distance of 10 km between them. Our company has car rental counters at both terminals providing pick-up services; please ensure that your flight arrives at the same terminal as your pick-up counter. For after-hours pick-ups, please contact the store in advance. An additional fee of MYR80 applies from 22:00 to 23:59, and MYR150 from 00:00 to 07:59. We operate normally on holidays.
