Car Rental Instructions: The KLIA 1 branch is located at Counter 18 inside Terminal 1 of the airport (ASIA CAR). To reach the KLIA1 branch, proceed to Counter 18 inside Terminal 1 where the Car Rental Center is located. Look for the sign of Galaxy Asia Car to locate the airport counter. After collecting your luggage, proceed to Gate 5 in the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1, then turn right and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs to Block C and Block D parking areas, then turn right to cross the parking lot until you reach the end wall. You will see an elevator leading to Level G in Block D area. Take the elevator down to find the car rental counter, which is located in this area. Kind reminder: Please confirm the pick-up locations at KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. The staff will assist you with your order. The distance between KLIA 1 and KLIA 2 is 10km. Our company has car rental counters at both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 to provide pick-up services. Please ensure your flight arrives at the same terminal as the pick-up counter. For pick-ups outside of business hours, please contact the branch in advance. Additional charges apply from 22:00-23:59 (MYR80) and 00:00-07:59 (MYR150). We operate as usual on holidays. After retrieving your luggage, make your way to Gate 5 in the Arrival Hall of Terminal 1, turn right, and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. Follow the signs to Block C and Block D parking areas, then turn right and cross the parking lot until you reach the end wall. An elevator leading to Level G in the Block D area will be visible. Take the elevator down to locate the car rental counter in this area. Please remember to confirm the pick-up locations at both KLIA 1 and KLIA 2. The distance between the two terminals is 10km.
