Airport Terminal Instructions COUNTER: Budget counter is not located at the airport. Customer will be met by a Budget staff member with a sign with the renter's name and taken to the rental office. CARS: Located at the rental office. RETURNS: Vehicles can be left at the city office or airport car park, but the renter must notify the office where the vehicle will be left. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Arrangement can be made with Budget office at the time of rental.
