One way drops are permitted between Auckland and Christchurch. Rental location must be advised of drop at time of rental. A one way drop fee of 150NZD plus GST is charged if dropping the car in Auckland, with no minimum day requirements. If dropping in Christchurch the drop fee is 250NZD plus GST and rental must be a minimum of 21 days. One way drops between Auckland airport and Auckland city are allowed with prior authorization and a 20.00NZD fee. One way Auckland to Wellington drop fee is 400NZD with a 7 day minimum rental. All fees and surcharges are taxable
