Once you arrived and you have retrieved your luggage from baggage claim, please call us from one of the many courtesy phones located throughout the baggage claim areas and ground transportation floors in both A and B terminals. In the A terminal, they are located at spots A11, A12, A13, and terminal B spot B11, B12, or B13. You will be directed to the designated shuttle pick up location where we will transport you to our rental facility which is a short distance away.
