Firefly office in Madrid Airport Terminal 1 is located right at the Rent a Car parking which is located just crossing the street once to leave the airport arrivals hall. Should the customer arrive in Terminal 2 or 3, the airport offers a free shuttle service connecting both Terminals to Terminal 1. Customers are advised to exit the Terminal (Arrivals level) and then take the free airport shuttle departing every 5 minutes.
