Usually, the shuttles bus will arrive around 10-15 mins. (Depending on the traffic conditions). 2. Follow the signs for transfers and exit at door D where you will find the shuttle transfer area. The Shuttle Transfer Area is outside the AIR NEW ZEALAND Check-in Area. 3. Please wait in the shuttle transfer area for the White Yes Rental Shuttle van and signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up from the airport is 17:45. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up between 17:45 to 07:59, the 45NZD off hour services fees will be applied.
