Europcar operates from an off-airport location, a short drive from Melbourne Airport Terminals. Please take the shuttle bus provided by SkyPark, which features "SkyPark" branding on the front, side, and back. After collecting your luggage, call our office at +61 (0) 3 93306161 to arrange the shuttle bus pickup. If you're unable to get through via the phone line, proceed directly to the shuttle bus pickup point. On the arrivals level, exit through the main doors. For those not arriving at Melbourne Airport, please go directly to the station at 189D South Centre Road, Tullamarine Vic 3030.

Rental cars can only be driven on sealed/bitumen or well maintained roads.Vehicles are not to be taken above the snow line unless Snow Cover has been purchased.Excluded from the protection is driving on beaches or through streams, dams, rivers or flood water. Vehicles are permitted to travel to the below islands only: • Kangaroo Island • Stradbroke Island • Magnetic Island • Bribie Island • Phillip Island • Bruny Island
