Arrival at Terminal 1: Please proceed to the south side of the arrival hall on the first floor to find the Times Car counter. Arrival at Terminal 2: Please head to counter number 2 at the arrival hall on the first floor. There are no staff members stationed at the counter. Please use the free phone provided on the counter to contact the store. We will arrange shuttle buses (approximately 20-40 minutes). Departure times for the shuttle buses are subject to the needs of other passengers on the day, so please be patient after calling. This service is provided by Times, a partner of Europcar.

Original driving licence + IDP( issued under the 1949 Convention)

Only IDP issued under the 1949 Convention will be accepted. An IDP issued under the Paris Convention (1926), Washington Convention (1943) and Vienna Convention (1968) will not be accepted!

Taiwan Driving License in China + Japan Translation

For customers with driver's licenses issued in Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Slovenia, Monaco and Taiwan are allowed to drive vehicles only when they carry both the original license issued in the above countries/regions and a Japanese Translation of such issued by JAF, or foreign embassies or consular offices in Japan.
