- Car rental bookings must be completed. No show or cancellation of the booking will disqualify you to earn miles.
• Calculation of Eligible KrisFlyer Miles
- Base miles: 3 KrisFlyer miles for every 1 USD spent acording to your ultimate booking during promotion period. KrisFlyer Miles from multiple completed rentals are cumulative, with no upper limit on total accruals per member.(If your car rental is re-booked, eligible miles will be calculated based on the total amount of your ultimate booking. )
Eligibility for the base miles reward requires booking within 1 June 2025 to 31 August 2025. （Failure to comply with these terms will result in forfeiture of the above offer.)
- Bonus miles: 200 bonus miles are only provided for registering, subscribing, downloading App, getting the Diamond Membership trial and apply for the Qreater Program and etc. The bonus period is valid wthin 1 June 2025 to 31 August 2025.
- Not eligible for add-ons purchased, such as baby seats, GPS.
- Not eligible for additional fees and surcharges due at pick up, such as young driver fees.
- Not eligible for charges incurred during the rental, such as traffic fines.
- Payment in other currencies will be converted to USD rate (exchange rate applies) and will be rounded off before miles calculation. For example, if your booking is 300 SGD worth, which is approximately 219.5 USD, after being rounded off, eligible miles equal to 440 miles (220 USD times 2).
• Earning Miles
- Insert your KrisFlyer Membership Number at our reservation page to qualify.
- The membership owner’s name must be the same as the main driver’s. The inconsistency of the names will result in failure for Singapore Airlines to credit your miles to your account.
- For the bonus missions, each KrisFlyer account only can connect one QEEQ’s account. And the bonus mile is only credited once for each QEEQ account.
- Miles will be credited into your KrisFlyer account in approximately up to 30 business days after you have returned your car or completed the bonus missions. Please login to check your KrisFlyer statements online.
• Claiming Retroactive Miles
- In the event that your eligible miles do not appear on your KrisFlyer Member's account, please submit a request here with the Car Rental Agreement and Final Invoice as required supporting documents. QEEQ.COM reserves the right to reject any claim that is not fully accompanied by required documents. The right to claim retroactive miles is only reserved for six months after car rental booking is completed.
