Airport pickup service: Must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance with your flight details provided. Upon arrival, please contact our staff and proceed to Door #16. Our representative will meet you there and escort you to the branch for rental formalities. If you arrive outside business hours, you may complete check-in and vehicle inspection directly at the parking lot. 4. Airport shuttle reservation: Required at least 24 hours in advance. Pick-up Time & Fees 1. Monday–Friday 09:00–16:59 → Free airport shuttle (must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance) 2. Outside business hours → +$100 (payable at pick-up) 5. Rental Agreement: A rental agreement must be signed.

Damage → photos+inspection → estimate; loss-of-use per repair day. Advance now, claim later; with CDW pay up to deductible (exclusions apply). 4. Deposit Return: If there is no damage or incidental charges, your security deposit will be refunded to the original credit card within 3–14 business days. 5. Fuel Policy: Return fuel level must match the pickup level. Any shortfall will be charged at fuel cost + $50.00 admin fee.
