Redspot operates an on-airport rental desk, with vehicle collection via a short shuttle transfer for Domestic Terminal arrival customers. If arriving at Domestic Terminals (T2 & T3) after collecting your luggage, please proceed to the Redspot rental counter located inside the terminal. Customers arriving at T3, will need to walk to terminal 2. Our team will complete your rental agreement at the counter. Once finalised, you will be directed to our complimentary shuttle service, which will transfer you to the Redspot vehicle collection area. The shuttle runs regularly throughout the day, and the transfer time is only a few minutes. Our collection point is one of the closest off-site facilities servicing Sydney Airport. International Terminal (T1) arriving customer, after clearing customs and collecting your luggage, please make your way to the Redspot rental counter inside the International Terminal. Our team will finalise your rental at the counter. You will then be directed to the car rental carpark within in the international precinct to collect your vehicle.

Redspot may request additional information, such as proof of home address (e.g., utility bill) or proof of employment if renting a Commercial Vehicle, if they believe there is a risk of damage, default, or inaccurate information provided.
