Europcar customers arriving into T2 and T3 domestic terminals with a Reservation can proceed directly to the free Car Rental shuttle bus service which is located outside the T2 and T3 domestic terminals opposite the baggage carousel. The shuttle will take you to Europcar's vehicle pick up location at 47 Ross Smith Avenue Mascot (see map ：https://www.europcar.com.au/files/live/sites/Europcar.com.au/files/contributed/promotions/2022/CarRental_Return_.jpg). You should allow approximately 30 minutes for the expected travel time for the shuttle bus trip. Customers without a booking must arrange a car rental at the Europcar rental desks located within the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals prior to accessing the free shuttle bus service. Only customers with an existing car rental booking will be able to access the free shuttle bus service to Europcar's new location for vehicle collection. Please Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups at T1
