Upon arrival at the airport, kindly access our Shuttle Requests page via this link: "https://www.snaprentals.co.nz/pickup-auckland" to arrange your complimentary airport shuttle. Please anticipate a 10-15 minute wait for pickup, as our depot is approximately 5 minutes from the airport. Please be advised that this shuttle service operates exclusively during Snap's business hours, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pick-Up Locations: International Terminal: As illustrated in the image provided, exit through Door 8 and proceed straight across the pedestrian crossing. Look for the 'Transport Pick Up Zone' signs, where our shuttle will meet you. A covered walkway, clearly marked, starts directly opposite the international arrivals area to guide you. Domestic Terminal: Refer to the provided image. Proceed to Door 9 of the Domestic Terminal (outside Jetstar). Cross the pedestrian crossing and wait at the furthest bus shelter. Your shuttle will arrive at this location upon request.

Opening time：06:00-22:00 Dropping off your rental car at our Auckland Airport branch is super simple, the key things to remember are: Make sure you have fueled up your vehicle to the same level as when you picked it up to avoid a refuelling charge ($25). The nearest gas station to our Auckland Airport branch is the Z station on Tom Pearce Drive Make sure the vehicle is left in a clean & tidy state - we don't expect it to be fully groomed or anything, but a general clean and tidy will help to avoid an additional charge. After checking the above, simply drop the keys off to the branch staff who will do a 2 minute final handover process and your away! Our Airport Shuttle service does work both ways - simply ask for a lift back to the airport when dropping off your vehicle.
