We offer free shuttle service between our depot and the airport during operating hours, which are from 9 am to 6 pm, 7 days. Please contact us at 0064 276682628 when you are ready for pick up. Our shuttle is a white van with the blue Top Rental logo displayed on it. There is a $50 NZD after-hours service fee applicable from 18:01 to 20:00. For international airport arrivals: Please exit through Door 5, cross the pedestrian crossing, and follow the "Car Rental" sign to the shuttle pick-up point located at bay 5 or bay 6. For domestic airport arrivals: Kindly wait outside Door 8 (near the Jetstar counter), and our shuttle bus will stop in front of you. Please note that a valid driver's license and an English translation (if the driver's license is not in English) are required for car collection. A $500 NZD pre-authorization deposit will be placed on the driver's valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard ONLY, NO debit cards). Thank you.

Please ensure that on the day of drop-off, you refuel the vehicle at the designated petrol station. The addresses for the petrol stations are: Waitomo Fuel Station at 33 Richard Pearse Drive, Māngere, Auckland, or Mobil Fuel Station at 747 Massey Road, Māngere, Auckland. After refueling, return the vehicle to our store located at 40 Ascot Road, Māngere, Auckland. Please keep the petrol receipt as failure to fully refuel will result in a $30 NZD service charge. Our staff will require 15-30 minutes to inspect the vehicle before sending you to the airport in a timely manner. We recommend allowing at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights for the return of the vehicle. Avoid parking the vehicle inside the airport to avoid additional charges. Our store operates from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm local time. An after-hours service fee of $50 NZD will be applied for returns between 18:01 to 20:00. Thank you.
