Please wait out of the door, stay at terminal side, don’t need to across the road. Our white shuttle vans will arrive around 10-15 mins. Remember to signal the driver. You will be transferred to our office for vehicle collection. Note: The reception working hour is 08:00 to 18:00. The last free shuttle pick up(from the airport to the branch) or drop off(from the branch to the airport) is 17:45. If you call us to request for shuttle pick up or drop off between 17:45 to 07:59, the 45NZD off-hour services fees per time will be applied. And off-hour service fees are not refundable.
