Make your way to door 5, cross the pedestrian crossing and down towards the end of the undercover walkway to get to the Rental Car Shuttle Zone. The pink and blue shuttle will be along to collect you after you place your call. If you would like to fast track your vehicle collection, please complete web check-in https://www.gorentals.co.nz/online-check-in/ or download the GO Rentals App and complete the check-in there https://www.gorentals.co.nz/app Drop off: Simply Park in our designated drop-off area and pop into the office to return the keys. Please ensure the car is being returned at the correct location, date and time, that the car has been refuelled and all personal belongings have been removed. Shuttle service available for transfer to airport terminals.
